Hi, I’m Sarah.

Photographer, artist, storyteller, and the creative heart behind Posies & Toesies.

I picked up a camera at 15 and somehow, more than 20 years later, I’m still completely in love with what I get to do. Over the years, I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings and more than a thousand families, newborns, seniors, and all the beautiful seasons in between.

My approach to photography has always been rooted in connection over perfection. I love the beautifully styled details, the incredible light, and the images that belong on your walls—but I’m just as drawn to the windblown hair, belly laughs, happy tears, champagne spills, and tiny moments happening when no one realizes I’m watching.

Creativity has always spilled into every part of my life. My background and interests stretch through art, interior design, wedding styling, painting, set building, and just about anything that lets me make something from nothing. That creative eye is a huge part of the way I photograph a wedding day: noticing the details, finding unexpected compositions, and creating images that feel intentional without making the moment itself feel forced.

After all these years, my favorite photographs are still the ones that feel like the people in them.
